The CONSILIERÉ Group worked with the Department of Transportation under former Secretary Vince Dizon to develop and implement #ProjectByaheNIHAN, a communications framework designed to address public transport concerns with empathy, clarity, and accountability. The objective was direct but critical: to improve how the transport sector listens, responds, and engages commuters during periods of heightened public scrutiny.

CSL introduced an inclusive communications strategy anchored in transparency, preventive collaboration, and community engagement.
